Konditorei Bäckerei Peters GmbH is looking for bakers and fine bakers for the bakehouse at the Mukran ferry port on Rügen. The work combines state-of-the-art technology such as recipe computers and DIOSNA spiral kneaders with traditional handcrafting when rounding and moulding the doughs. A completed bakery apprenticeship or a comparable qualification is required; career changers can be qualified internally within three months. The position is based in production at the family business with around 90 employees at locations on Rügen.
